No. Audits and checks read public pages. Theme changes happen only through the installed Shopify app, and only when you confirm each one.
Does this show whether an assistant recommends my product?
No. It shows what an assistant could read from the page. To see a recommendation, ask a buyer question in an assistant and inspect the answer.
