Your first Colter session: three things to do

Colter Team·

Colter Check looks at public store surfaces and separates evidence it can verify from gaps that still need a live test. A readiness result is a starting point for review, not proof that cart, checkout, or payment behavior works at runtime.

Action 1 — Run Check on your store

Open Colter Check, paste your public store URL, and select Check. No account is required for the first scan. On the report, read the verdict alongside Evidence quality: treat verified public evidence as verified, and keep anything marked for runtime testing in that category.

Action 2 — Copy your top fix

When the report includes generated code, find Your #1 fix, read why it matters, and review the code before it touches your store. Select Copy code to put the suggested next step in your working notes or developer handoff. The generated code is a reviewable starting point; Colter does not apply it to the store from this report.

Action 3 — Keep the report with the work

Select Share report. The owner report copies a report link; when an authenticated expiring share cannot be created, the product falls back to the public report link. Keep that link with the fix so the same evidence and context are available to the teammate or agency doing the review. Treat the link as shareable information and use your normal access and communication judgment.

That is the first session: one check, one store-specific next step, and one report kept with the work.
